The 16th Cavalcade of Authors this weekend was a virtual success. The plethora of authors were all an inspiration to me to continue of this writing journey.
I had the pleasure of hosting Brian W. Smith, author of Paper Bag, and he spoke words that soothed my spirit. I’ve been struggling to put words on paper and he gave such wonderful advice.
It is always a pleasure to chat with ReShonda Tate Billingsley. The above quote helps put things into perspective. No book is perfect on the first draft. The goal is to get the story down and then the work starts.
Did you attend any of the session this weekend? What was your favorite part of the Cavalcade?
